Practical innovation for bakeries, restaurants, canteen kitchens and bars. The Swiss family-owned company Hostettler-Spezialzucker AG is launching a complete range of liquid sugars for the gastronomy sector under its own brand "LIQUISS". Although functional sugar syrups such as invert sugar, cane sugar syrup, glucose or caramel sugar are already well known in the gastronomy sector, they are often produced at great expense for price reasons. Thanks to LIQUISS this is no longer necessary. The use of ready-to-use sugar syrups saves time and money in practice. LIQUISS syrups also improve numerous applications through their functionality.
